1. Vuelve Army of Two convertido en un juego coop a 4 y sobre el Frosbyte EngineEA is apparently working on a new Army of Two called Army of Four,a source told Kotaku. The game will supposedly feature four-player co-op and is currently being developed on the Frostbite 2 game engine.
The game is being developed by EA's Montreal studio and, the insider added, development is not going well. Now that EA DICE's Battlefield 3 is out the door, our source assumes that EA would move some DICE team members over to work on the title, help EA Montreal out.
The role-playing franchise is, according to an insider, going beyond singleplayer for the first time, and warriors won't simply face off against each other in combat.
Apparently, dragons will also be playable in Dragon Age multiplayer, giving players the chance to go head-to-head with foes in fire-breathing, swooping-through-the-air dragon form.
The insider wasn't sure if Dragon Age multiplayer was going to be part of a full, stand-alone title (ala Dragon Age 3) or available separately as a downloadable game. It is apparently being developed on DICE's Frostbite 2 game engine (used for Battlefield 3), and even early-on the game apparently looks stunning.
The multiplayer is supposedly an arena-based affair and features player versus environment (PvE) elements as well as player versus player (PvP), as well as humans fighting dragons. Details on what PvE battles entail are scant.
3. Parece que EA quiere que la franquicia de Dead Spacese expanda mas a traves de varios generos; incluido un FPS y un juego de aventuras; aparentemente Dead Space 3 sigue en desarrollo (no lo cito por temas de spoilers) EA is looking at new ways to expand Dead Space, an insider told Kotaku. The Dead Space team was apparently told that it must look at ways it can make the series bigger and better. Thus, according to the source, EA is working on a Dead Space first-person-shooter. That's not all.
The insider added that after these titles are completed, the Dead Space team is moving forward on "an Uncharted-like game". Work on this game has not started yet, and the title is still supposedly in the early planning stages.
Dead Space's expansion comes as a management shuffle at EA brought in new brass that nearly killed off Dead Space 3—the reason being the Dead Space games don't sell like games like Uncharted games do. This change also means that there are likely to be fewer risky new big titles, such as Mirror's Edge.
