- La repentina aparición de "Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close" cuuando ha estado desparecida en la temporada de premios.
- El resurgir de "The Tree of Life". La ausencia de Tintin cuando era la favorita, camino fácil para Rango.
- Que al final haya habido 9 nominadas cuando se hablaba de 7.
- Y aún con 9 haya quedado fuera Milleniun que en las últimas semanas había cogido fuerza.
- Drive, Shame olvidadas. Y casi olvidadas: Millenium o El topo.
- Presencia española con "Chico y Rita" y Alberto Iglesias
- Doble nominación para el maestro John Williams.
- Y también doblete para "A Separation"

Hugo con 11 lidera las nominaciones pero la gran favorita sigue siendo The Artist que tiene 10. Habrá que ver qué dice el DGA para ver si tenemos sorpresa o está ya todo hecho para la noche de los Oscars.

Curioso que no estén nominados a banda sonora Trent Reznor y Atticus Ross por la pelicula de Millenium cuando el año pasado ganarón con la banda sonora de la red social y es el mismo estilo de música electrónica densa y oscura.

Y ya tenemos ganadores en los BAFTA. 7 para The Artist que la única duda que queda es si arrasará o Hugo le quitará los técnicos. El duelo Streep vs Davis va a estar bonito. Y premio para Almodóvar. Otro año que podríamos ser favoritos pero la Academia decidió que no. Que no digo que sea o no mejor que Pa Negre pero a estos sitios se va a ganar.

ARRUGAS, la película, ha ganado DOS Goya esta noche. Estoy muy contento, es una película en la que he colaborado en la parte técnica, y me alegra que el esfuerzo de todos mis compañeros se vea recompensado.

He vivido de cerca la producción de "ella", ya que ha estado involucrado uno de mis mejores amigos. Madre mía la de curro que lleva esto, la de noches y noches currando (hasta a veces le llevábamos la cena) y fines de semana incluidos para poder entregar a tiempo. Vaya alegría nos hemos llevado todos con la nominación, ya iremos a celebrarlo.

El corto de "Rosa" tiene una ambientación cojonuda que da pie a hacer algo más con ese universo (aunque el corto son peleas a lo matrix), los otros dos no los he visto.

A ver si tiene suerte y se lleva el cabezón a casa

Yo no he podido seguir la gala en directo, pero ha sido dar el Goya la mejor guión y me han empezado a abrir ventanas de chat mis compañeros:

"¡ Michel nos ha dedicado su Goya !"

me decían todos. Es nuestro profesor de guión; un crack, un profesional y mejor persona. Urbizu es otro que tal... Y aunque cada vez tengo una opinión más solida sobre los premios (indiferencia completa) me ha hecho mucha ilusión que durante unos minutos, muchos ojos del país estuvieran atentos a estos dos hombres.
Se lo merecen por todo lo que llegan a currar.  Y a Michel no sólo por dedicación, sino por la pasión, la inquietud y la sinceridad que nos transmiten en cada una de sus clases. Y dos personas con los pies en la tierra... Todo ésto debería ser lo natural, pero cuando ves según que actitudes del mundillo, agradeces que siga existiendo personas de carne y hueso como ellos.

La gala estuvo bien y como viene siendo habitual bastantes previsibles los premios. El de Meryl Streep quizás pero estaba así así con Viola Davis. El de montaje y fotografía si que no se esperaban. Arrancó Hugo muy fuerte y parecía que pordía dar un susto a The Artist pero al final todo según el guión. Buena cosecha la del 2011 con mucho homenaje al cine.

Ahora después de Goyas y Oscars, que la gente vaya a ver lo que se le había pasado. Muchas veces los premios son el empujón final que necesitan algunos espectadores para ir al cine.
